The Standard, Mexico City is hiring a Restaurant Back Server to support the guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with running food, organize tickets on the cooking line, and help maintain a smooth service flow throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience in high-volume environments, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, and are willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays AM & PM shifts. We value organized, adaptable team players.

Formación

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Minimum one year of food running experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Running food to tables and expediting orders for the service team.
• Organizing tickets on the cooking line to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas and assisting guests and kitchen staff as needed.
