Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Engineer to resolve technical issues and support fleet operations. You will travel to customer sites up to 50% while improving reliability and reducing repeat failures, providing technical analysis and reporting to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical engineering background, 4–5 years in field service, strong data analysis skills, and fluent English for cross-functional collaboration with customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field).
• Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Valid U.S. visa (required).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues and fleet events in a timely and effective manner.
• Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures.
• Provide technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams.
• Perform accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting.
• Contribute directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 50%.
