Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Support professional in Veracruz to shape service outcomes and support fleet operations at customer sites. You will resolve technical issues, analyze data, and collaborate with Fleet Managers and Field Teams to improve reliability under LTSA contracts.

The role requires a mechanical/engineering background, strong communication in English, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Relocation is available for this position, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field) required.
• Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Strong ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Valid U.S. visa (required)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
