Formación

• Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Valid U.S. visa required and travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in cross-functional, customer-facing environments.
