Caterpillar Inc. in Veracruz, Mexico, seeks a Product Support professional to diagnose technical issues, advise on maintenance practices, and collaborate with field teams under LTSA contracts.

We value a Bachelor's in Engineering and 4–5 years of field service or fleet support experience, with strong English and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field).
• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications
