EDAG is seeking a Fleet Management Administrator in Mexico to oversee fleet operations, maintenance and repair scheduling. You will coordinate insurance claims and damages, manage relationships with dealerships and service providers, and monitor repair quotations to control costs.

You will maintain timely status updates for fleet users, ensure service completion, and provide data-driven reports on incidents and vehicle service data.

Formación

• Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and warranty claims with automotive dealers.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and service providers.
• Experience reviewing repair estimates and ensuring service quality.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication across stakeholders.
• Driver license.
• Fluent English.
• Position for 2 months.

REQUIREMENTS

• Desire experience collaborating with automotive dealerships (Dealers) to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranty claims, and service-related activities
• Basic understanding of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance requirements and repair processes, enabling effective evaluation of service needs and repair proposals
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, service providers, and aftermarket partners to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle support
• Experience reviewing repair estimates, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with established servicestandards
• Customer-focused professional with excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders in the automotive industry
• Driver license
