Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics Lead-Sr to manage the global ADAS test vehicle fleet, ensuring high availability for data collection. You will coordinate Flying Engineers, repairs, and subcontractors while maintaining safe, compliant operations across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities include owning fleet readiness metrics, coordinating incident responses, and driving preventive actions with engineering and suppliers to minimize downtime and maximize data

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous driving test fleets and data collection.
• Ability to diagnose vehicles and coordinate repairs.
• Experience managing fleets, logistics and deployment plans.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated operational view of fleet readiness and vehicle status across locations.
• Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents and priorities.
• Drive execution with workshops, suppliers, and fleet teams.
• Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation and return-to-road activities.
• Establish ownership and escalation paths for incidents and defects.
• Monitor repair lead times, spare-part dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate deployment plans and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with fleet governance and safety requirements.
• Provide KPIs and escalation needs to program leadership.
• Identify recurring failures and initiate preventive measures with engineering.

Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics lead-Sr | Remote

Lead the cross-location operation of the global ADAS test vehicle fleet and maximize vehicle availability. Coordinate Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, troubleshooting, logistics, and escalations so that vehicles return to data-collection operations as quickly and safely as possible.

YOUR ROLE

• Own the consolidated operational view of fleet readiness, utilization, downtime, and vehicle status across locations.
• Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents, repair priorities, and site needs.
• Drive clarification and execution with subcontractors, workshops, suppliers, and local fleet teams.
• Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation, and return-to-road activities.
• Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for vehicle incidents and recurring defects.
• Monitor repair lead times, blocked vehicles, spare‑part dependencies, and operational risks.
• Coordinate deployment plans, vehicle movements, maintenance windows, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fleet governance, safety, and operational requirements.
• Provide consolidated fleet KPIs, issue logs, decisions, and escalation needs directly to program leadership.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and initiate preventive measures with engineering and supplier teams.
