Job summary

EDAG is seeking a Fleet Management Administrator in Villa de Reyes, Mexico for a 2-month assignment. You will support fleet operations, oversee maintenance and repair activities, and coordinate with dealerships and service providers to ensure timely and cost-efficient vehicle support.

The role requires experience coordinating with automotive dealerships, a basic understanding of vehicle systems, and fluency in English.

DESCRIPTION

• Manage Fleet operations, maintenance and repair processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Desire experience collaborating with automotive dealerships (Dealers) to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranty claims, and service-related activities
• Basic understanding of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance requirements and repair processes, enabling effective evaluation of service needs and repair proposals
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, service providers, and aftermarket partners to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle support
• Experience reviewing repair estimates, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with established servicestandards
• Customer-focused professional with excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders in the automotive industry
• Driver license
