Caterpillar Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer for the Product Support team. You will analyze technical data, resolve fleet issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve reliability across customer sites.

Relocation is available; visa sponsorship is not. This role requires up to 50% travel and strong English communication; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–5 years of related experience are typical prerequisites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field).
• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and effective resolution of technical issues and fleet events.
• Improved fleet reliability and reduced repeat failures.
• Strong technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams.
• Accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting.
• Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
