Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field) Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations. Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts. Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
Valid U.S. visa (required) Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites Strong communication skills in English Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
