Autoliv Queretaro is seeking a Finance professional to lead Record to Report activities, including month-end close, journal entries, and GL reconciliations, in a fast-paced SSC environment on site.

You will analyze balance sheets and P&L accounts, prepare budgets and forecasts, and develop KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor performance, quality and timeliness, while supporting audits and SOX requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in Record to Report or related role.
• Experience with reconciliations.
• Fluent business-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts and intercompany.
• Prepare financial data and reports for management and audits.
• Develop budgets and forecasts.
• Create KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor R2R performance.
• Support SOX/internal controls and audits.
