Autoliv in Querétaro is seeking a skilled R2R Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting to support management decisions.

You will build KPIs and dashboards with Power BI and Excel, drive process improvements, and assist with SOX/internal controls. Hybrid office + home office schedule offered; relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master's degree a plus).
• 3–5 years in Record to Report or general accounting.
• Experience with reconciliations.
• Fluent business English.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS.
• ERP experience (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables; macros a plus).
• Power BI for reporting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
• Blackline proficiency desirable.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end close activities, including booking journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts (e.g., accruals, prepaids, cash, payroll, fixed assets).
• Prepare financial data and reports for management and reporting purposes.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support decision making.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and explanations in line with SOX/internal controls.
