Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Finance Transformation Intern to develop understanding of finance shared services and support R2R, S2P, or O2C activities. You will maintain reports, KPIs, data validation, and Power BI updates to improve reporting visibility.

• Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support finance operations and Data Strategy by maintaining key reports, KPI files, and dashboards for R2R, S2P, O2C, and other finance departments.
• Perform data validation, report refreshes, variance analysis, and process documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit support.

Finance Transformation Intern

To develop a comprehensive understanding of finance shared services processes within the automotive industry, with the opportunity to support R2R, S2P, or O2C activities. The role will also support Data Strategy and Process Intelligence by maintaining key reports, tracking KPIs, assisting with data validation, and using Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Copilot to improve reporting, collaboration, and process visibility.

Where you will work:

On site- Autoliv Queretaro (Avenida 5 de Febrero, Queretaro, Querétaro Arteaga)

What you’ll do:

Support finance operations and Data Strategy activities by maintaining key reports, KPI files, and dashboards for R2R, S2P, O2C, and other finance departments. Activities include data validation, report refreshes, Power BI updates, variance analysis, process documentation, follow-up with departments, month-end and year-end reporting support, journal entry assistance, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and audit support.
