McDonald’s Global Technology powers tomorrow’s experiences in Mexico City, driving finance transformation and world-class reporting. The Supervisor, Financial Reporting, partners with Global Business Services and markets to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Mexican GAAP while supporting close processes and control governance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 4+ years in accounting/finance, and excellent English/Spanish communication.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS, or Mexican GAAP).
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Ability to partner across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support Mexico Global Office finance and accounting functions.
• Lead intercompany accounting processes and monthly/quarterly close.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Coordinate tax, statutory, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in controls and reporting accuracy.
