PepsiCo seeks a Control and Reporting Analyst to support US GAAP reporting for PepsiCo France entities. The role covers data preparation, validations, and variance analyses across monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under supervision of the France Reporting Lead.

Key responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, tax reporting, and collaboration with Shared Services to ensure timely deliverables. Strong English and finance foundation are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance + 2/3 years of experience in Finance.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good collaboration with shared services teams and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in SAP, HFM and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles for US GAAP.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support balance sheet reviews and audit requirements.
• Assist in tax reporting and forecasting analyses.
• Support reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with France control, planning and GFSS teams to ensure timely close.
