Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Control & Reporting Analyst (Accountant) to provide financial support across multiple processes, ensuring timely month-end close and accurate reporting.

The role involves intercompany, fixed assets, payroll allocations, and general ledger duties across regions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of learning quickly, with 1–2 years of experience in financial statements and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting is required.
• Experience with US GAAP, control environment and SOX compliance.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems SAP, HFM, FDM.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validations, reconciliations, and checks for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, uploads, schedules, and variance explanations.
• Support Intercompany processes: review charges, reconcilations, and follow up with markets.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and analyses for management.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs when tasks are temporarily owned.
• Collaborate across countries to resolve items and meet deadlines.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
