Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Control & Reporting Analyst to support US GAAP reporting for France entities, coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual close processes under the France Reporting Lead. The role emphasizes data accuracy, reconciliations and process improvements across reporting cycles.

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong English, SAP and HFM skills, and a meticulous, proactive approach to ensuring timely, compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance with 2–3 years of experience in Finance.
• Ability to meet deadlines is critical for this role.
• Strong organization skills to meet reporting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborates effectively with shared services to resolve reporting issues.
• Good understanding of US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in SAP, HFM, and Microsoft Office.
• Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and organized.
• English fluency is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate reporting data and schedules for monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Prepare and validate HFM reporting data and support submissions.
• Analyze significant P&L, balance sheet and cash flow variances.
• Perform US GAAP reconciliations and maintain documentation.
• Support balance sheet reviews and audit requirements.
• Assist in tax reporting and forecast analyses.
• Collaborate with shared services to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support new reporting requirements and process improvements.
