SBM Offshore is seeking a Corporate Business Solutions Center (CBSC) Manager in Mexico to oversee the CBSC in Finance, HR and BAS, ensuring accurate financial representation and regulatory compliance. You will act as a business partner to local management, promote CBSC image, and drive performance improvements across the towers.

• Minimum of 5–7 years relevant experience with exposure to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of local country regulation.
• Experience in accounting consultancy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the CBSC financial, human resources and BAS activities and performance.
• Promote and develop the CBSC image and leverage relationships with stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and drive process improvements to SBM standards.
• Act as business partner to local management and support decision-making and performance.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and treasury controls; support local banking activities.
• Ensure timely closing tasks and submission of financial information per SBM standards.
• Supervise preparation, audit and filing of statutory accounts; coordinate with tax team for local tax returns.
• Ensure reliable Source to Pay operations including invoice accuracy and supplier payments.
