Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects to supervise day‑to‑day finance operations and drive transformation initiatives across the group. You will oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance while guiding ERP/system migrations and process improvements for efficiency and growth.

In collaboration with IT, HR, Procurement and Operations, you will lead cross‑functional projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor the finance team to deliver timely,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
12–15 years of finance experience, with cross‑border exposure advantageous.
Proven expertise in finance operations, ERP migrations, and transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee group‑wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities.
Lead ERP/system migrations, automation, and process improvements.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes.
Provide guidance and support to finance team; deliver management and board reporting.
