Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Controller for its Bunkhouse Valle de Guadalupe resort in Mexico. In this key role, you will oversee financial functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations while maximizing revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality finance, strong leadership abilities, and fluency in both English and Spanish. You'll contribute to the resort's success through strategic financial management, budgeting, and relationship building.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years combined experience in hospitality, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing hotel budgets and renovations.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial functions and produce accurate reports.
• Manage general ledger reconciliation and sales tax filings.
• Collaborate with the property management team to maximize revenues.

Conocimientos

Experience working as a Controller

Food & Beverage Finance expertise

Proficiency in IFRS and GAAP

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Excellent interpersonal skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
