Etéreo, Auberge Collection in Riviera Maya seeks a Director of Finance to drive the hotel's financial performance, reporting to the GM and the LATAM Director of Finance Operations. You will lead budgeting, controls, and financial planning to maximize profitability and strengthen owner relations.

Etéreo, Auberge Collection is located in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, within the luxurious Kanai development, just 30 miles (48 km) from Cancun International Airport. Set within a protected mangrove forest along a pristine stretch of the Caribbean Sea, the resort features 75 luxurious accommodations, ranging from 875-square-foot (81 m²) studios to expansive three-bedroom penthouse suites spanning 3,918 square feet (364 m²).
Each ocean-view accommodation features generous private terraces with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, spa-inspired bathrooms with double vanities and soaking tubs, and thoughtful design that seamlessly blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
From outdoor adventures that immerse guests in the region’s extraordinary natural surroundings to hands-on experiences with local artisans, programming both on and off property is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the vibrancy of the Yucatan and its rich cultural heritage.
The resort’s signature restaurant, Itzam, offers sophisticated, modern Mexican cuisine centered around locally sourced ingredients, complemented by sweeping ocean views from its open-air tables, lounge terrace, and private dining room, Pixán. Further celebrating the culture and history of the destination, the resort’s open-air restaurant, Che Che, pays homage to the Nikkei tradition, blending Japanese techniques with Latin American ingredients, while dining with your feet in the sand at El Changarro completes a culinary program rooted in discovery.
For those seeking wellness and renewal, SANA, an Auberge Spa, offers a serene sanctuary for healing and restoration. Centered around a cenote-inspired pool, the spa draws upon ancient practices while embracing contemporary approaches to well-being.
