The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in finance management within luxury or all-inclusive properties. They should possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Finance/Accounting management experience.
• Ability to create and monitor hotel and staff goals.
• Knowledge of local laws and labor relations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all cash flow matters and preparation of reports.
• Lead preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
• Supervise and develop the Finance team.
