Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Financial Controller in Mexico City to lead IFRS consolidated statements, provide insightful analyses, and bridge accounting data with e-commerce platform data. You will support investor reporting and budget planning in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience as financial controller, auditor or accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
• Proven Excel skills; MS Dynamics a plus.
• Able to build credibility and work with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review IFRS-consolidated financial statements and internal reporting requirements.
• Provide insightful analysis on sales, margins, operations, inventories, liquidity and R&D across the country.
• Interface Accounting data with our e-commerce platform data.
• Assist in preparing and developing investor reporting.
• Organize and implement yearly budget planning.
• Analyze variances and drive countermeasures and corrective actions.
