After multi-week training, you’ll support clients via phone, chat, and email while learning data, platforms, and certifications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English.
• Willing to start in January 2027.
• Flexible to occasionally work weekend coverage if needed.

Responsibilities

• After 1-2 months of training, support clients by phone, web chats, and emails.
• Complete required certification exams and pass a rigorous evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and interpret data.
