Job summary

Klar, headquartered in Mexico City with a hybrid model, is seeking a finance/operations analyst to support the operation and analytical efforts. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows with Accounting and Finance teams.

You will review the credit portfolio, provide investors with insights on user operations and company growth, and perform data analysis on profitability and financial health while collaborating with FinOps, Data, Product, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or analytical field.
2+ years in business analysis, finance automation, data analytics, or related role.
Experience in a financial institution, banking, lending, or fintech is a plus.
Advanced Excel with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Advanced SQL.
Basic Python for data processing and automation.
Advanced English.

Responsibilities

Support operation and analytical efforts.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows with Accounting and Finance teams.
Review the credit portfolio.
Provide investors with insights on user operations and company growth.
Data analysis and presentation related to profitability and financial status of the company.
Develop and maintain controls, monitoring, and exception-handling processes for automated accounting.
Document controls that ensure quality and traceability of automated processes.
Collaborate with FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering to identify and prioritize new automation opportunities.
