Job summary
Klar, headquartered in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, is seeking an analyst to support operations and drive finance automation. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Data, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into automated, auditable workflows and to strengthen controls.
The role emphasizes reviewing the credit portfolio, delivering insights on user operations and growth, and building scalable processes to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or analytical field.
- 2+ years in business analysis, finance automation, data analytics, or related role.
- Advanced Excel, Advanced SQL, basic Python for data processing.
- Advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation and analytical efforts across teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows.
- Review the credit portfolio and identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide investors with insights on user operations and company growth.
- Perform data analysis and present financial status insights.
- Document and maintain automated accounting controls and processes.
- Collaborate with FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams on automation opportunities.
