Job summary

Klar is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Mexico City team in a hybrid role focused on operation support, finance automation, and analytics. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into automated solutions and drive insights into credit portfolios and company growth.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Mexico City, with a focus on automation, data quality, and cross-team collaboration to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance automation, data analytics, process improvement, or a related role.
• Previous experience in a financial institution, banking, lending, or fintech environment is a plus.
• Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Advanced SQL.
• Basic Python, particularly for data processing, automation, and validation.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting the operation and analytical efforts
• Work with Accounting and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows.
• Review the credit portfolio
• Provide investors with insights on user operations and company growth.
• Data analysis and presentation related to the rentability and financial status of the company
• Develop and maintain controls, monitoring, and exception-handling processes to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of automated accounting processes.
• Document controls that ensure the quality and traceability of automated processes.
• Collaborate with FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize new automation opportunities.
