Klar is seeking a data‑driven Business Analyst for our Mexico City office in a full‑time hybrid role. You’ll partner with Accounting, Finance, Data, and Engineering to translate requirements into automated workflows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance automation, data analytics, process improvement, or a related role.
• Previous experience in a financial institution, banking, lending, or fintech environment is a plus.
• Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Advanced SQL.
• Basic Python, particularly for data processing, automation, and validation.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and analytical efforts.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows with Accounting and Finance teams.
• Review the credit portfolio.
• Provide investors with insights on user operations and company growth.
• Data analysis and presentation related to the rentability and financial status of the company.
• Develop and maintain controls, monitoring, and exception-handling processes to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of automated accounting processes.
• Document controls that ensure the quality and traceability of automated processes.
• Collaborate with FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize new automation opportunities.
