A financial services company is seeking an Account Representative who will focus on sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, be tech-savvy, and possess a positive attitude. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with brokers and pursuing leads via phone and email. This is a full-time remote position with a base salary between $1,000 and $1,500 plus commissions.

Formación

• Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools is mandatory.
• Previous sales experience in the US is strongly desired.

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

You must be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems

About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
