KWS Vegetables in Guadalajara, Jalisco seeks a Trial Development Specialist to lead field trials, design protocols, and analyze data for new vegetable varieties. You will work closely with Product Managers, sales teams, and RPM to turn trial insights into market-ready innovations.

The role emphasizes a pioneering mindset, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 70% to support distributors and key accounts across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
• Experience in vegetable seed industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70% nationally and internationally.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and conduct field trials in the assigned territory independently.
• Coordinate trials with distributors/agents in the region per crop trial plan.
• Design trial protocols and execute data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Support Product Development Manager with PLC advancement based on results.
• Collaborate with sales, breeding, RPM to collect market insights and competitors.
• Trial protocol design and improvement.
