Bayer CropScience Limited in Tlajomulco de Zuniga, Jalisco, is seeking an experienced agronomy professional to define and lead field testing programs across a defined region. You will coordinate planting, crop management, evaluation and harvesting, and lead seasonal workers while applying best agronomic practices.

Ideal candidates have an MS in Agronomy or Plant Science, strong data handling skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Must have MS in Agronomy or Plant science.
• Broad knowledge of crop production and farming practices.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Self-starter with teamwork and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in data generation and analysis; basic office software.

Responsabilidades

• Define size and scope of testing program and select locations.
• Execute planting, crop management, evaluation and harvesting.
• Lead seasonal workers and apply best agronomic practices.
• Calibrate spraying equipment and manage data in Velocity.
• Develop SOPs and ensure KPIs for regional testing network.
• Collaborate with site leads and management to solve local issues.
