• Must have both technical and client experience.
• Able to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Organize the work of several people.
• Able to say no when something isn't good for the client.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular client meetings and translate client requests into work for the team.
• Post progress to the client's log in business language.
• Spot what is worth operating next, and what isn't.
• Know clients and their projects by day 30; own a client relationship by day 60; present measured results by day 90.
