NTT DATA, Inc. in CDMX, Mexico is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team. You will handle on-site integration of desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals, installing, configuring and maintaining systems for our clients.

This role may include occasional remote or hybrid work where applicable. You will coordinate with clients, interpret their needs and determine who resolves issues, delivering timely, professional technical service.

Formación

• Experience in on-site field service or IT support.
• Familiarity with desktops, laptops and printers.
• Knowledge of operating systems and basic networking.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.
