NTT DATA Services is seeking an on-site IT technician to install, configure, and maintain desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. You will act as a client liaison on technical matters and assess needs to route issues appropriately.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong Windows knowledge and solid client service skills; A+ certification is preferred or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel may be required.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set required; other hardware certifications may be needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Serve as liaison with client on administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret client needs and clarify whether problem resolution falls to sales, support, or engineers.
