Entrust Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with preventative and emergency maintenance of Entrust equipment, ensuring uptime and reliability at client sites. You will travel to venues to diagnose issues, perform service, and maintain service quality.

Formación

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCs, current operating systems and relevant software applications.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts, travel as required, including short off-site assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform emergency and preventive maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose problems and repair with a high degree of autonomy.
• Travel to customer sites to provide service and maintenance.
• Utilize ERP platform to maintain inventory levels and report service activity.
• Interact with customer operations staff and maintain professional relations.
