AssetWatch is seeking a Field Service Technician in Mexico to install, test, and service Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites. The role requires travel up to 70% regionally and locally, with occasional overnight trips and weekend work.

You will maintain service records, coordinate with field teams, and provide on-site technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication and independence are essential in this remote-first role.

Formación

• Experience with hand tools, air tools, and large, specialized tools for industrial jobs.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test, and service AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for industrial clients.
• Travel up to 70% regionally and locally, including overnight and air travel.
• Maintain installation and field service records and manage service tools and inventory.
• Communicate with customers professionally and uphold the company image.
