AssetWatch is seeking a Field Service Technician in Mexico to install, test, and service Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites, following defined specifications. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to operate in industrial environments with PPE.

You will work autonomously, maintain service records and inventory, provide on-site technical support, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Formación

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Able to operate in confined industrial settings wearing PPE.
• Willing to travel up to 70% regionally/locally, including overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test, and service AssetWatch CBM solutions at client sites per specifications.
• Develop knowledge of products and adapt to customer environments; provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain installation and field service records; manage service tools and inventory.
