Makino is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Makino machinery at customer locations. You will be part of the Customer Support Department, ensuring strong customer service and technical excellence.

The role requires excellent communication, electro-mechanical skills, and the ability to train customers and create procedural documentation. Travel to client sites is expected.

Formación

• Must have good electro-mechanical skills (motors, drives, transformers).

Responsabilidades

• Install, train and provide technical knowledge and troubleshooting on Makino machinery at the customer facility.
• Provide a communication link between customer and Makino.
• Create and develop procedural documentation.
• Use and understand the Customer Support computer system.
• Support the Product Specialist on a rotational basis.
• Support the Knowledge Products Team as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Occasional participation outside of the team product line.
