Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair our adhesive dispensing solutions for electronics manufacturing. You will visit customer sites, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of equipment in production lines.

You will document service activities, communicate clearly with customers, and identify additional service opportunities to support operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience in maintenance or production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyze equipment failures and determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and service information.
• Experience using repair and testing tools/equipment.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively plan and execute assigned activities.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and service opportunities.
• Ability to prepare clear service and activity reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Professional, solution‑oriented, and safety-conscious approach to field work.
