Role Description: The Field Sales Engineer at Spectrum Marketing Associates in Reynosa/Monterey is a full-time remote role focused on driving growth through technical sales support and customer relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual and onsite customer meetings, delivering product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Engineering and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering to effectively understand, position, and support technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to build long-term customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prior experience in field or technical sales, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and common productivity tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
