The Gowan Co. is seeking a field sales-focused role responsible for selling fertilizer products and providing clients with personalized, high-quality service and advice to help achieve regional objectives and foster sustainable relationships with customers.

Qualified candidates hold an Agricultural Engineer degree with experience in fertilizer chemistry and sales, and will manage territory operations, participate in expos, and conduct trainings and field demonstrations for farmers.

Formación

• Experience in fertilizer sales and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of chemistry and fertilizer evaluation.
• Graduated Agricultural Engineer or equivalent degree.

Responsabilidades

• Sell the company's fertilizer products to generate profits.
• Manage a sales territory and inventory.
• Oversee collection management for customers.
• Engage in budgetary and commercial planning.
• Represent the company at expos and technical talks.
• Organize trainings, demonstrations, and field tours with customers.

Conocimientos

Experience in fertilizer sales

Fertilizer chemistry knowledge

Educación

Agricultural Engineer degree
