The Gowan Co. is seeking a Technical Service Representative for Hermosillo, Sonora. In this full-time role you will promote products, deliver value to growers, and drive field solutions to support sales objectives.

You will lead demos, prepare reports, train customers on calibration, IPM, and crop protection products, and build strong relationships with distributors and growers in the region. Fieldwork will be 80–90% of the time.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role.
• Agronomic background and technical proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Knowledge of crops such as potato, ornamental, corn, melon, vegetables.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to develop client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Promote products and develop demand through field solutions.
• Lead Demo Plots, field days, and distributor support.
• Deliver training on calibration, herbicides, IPM, and related topics.
• Prepare Demo Plot reports and summarize results.
• Develop new materials and products of interest to the company.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
