is seeking an On Site Coordinator to own impact in the FBA Ops workflow for 3P sellers. You will work on shipping inventory, IDQ and compliance escalations, and analyzing return metrics to optimize inbound operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of operations management experience, with fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with program team to define KPIs and tracking for FBA seller defects.
• Identify blockers in shipping inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network and address escalations.
• Analyze return metrics and deviations in the value chain to locate missing inventory and improve inbound operations.
• Automate weekly reporting and scale ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.
