The LEGO Group in Monterrey seeks a senior General Ledger professional to join our Global Business Services. You will support integration efforts, ensure high-quality accounting, and deliver timely financial reporting for the AME region.

You will coordinate across Finance, Tax, FP&A, HR and IT, maintain IFRS/local GAAP compliance, and drive standardization and process improvements within a multinational, matrix organization.

Formación

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting or FP&A.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations.
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support the financial integration of acquired entities and LDCs into the company's operating model.
• Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Operations, HR and IT teams.
• Support data migration, chart of accounts alignment, reporting structures and systems harmonization.
• Deliver a high-performance, customer- and service-oriented culture.
• Drive process standardization and best practice implementation across integrated entities.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (local GAAPs and IFRS).
• Active participation in creating a culture of collaboration and new ways of working.
• Build stakeholder relations across geographies and areas (CFO Organization).
• Understand stakeholders' needs.
• Manage advanced execution of GL processes including monthly/yearly closing and reconciliations.
