WeWork Mexico is seeking a Facilities Lead to oversee third-party vendors, manage daily operations, and ensure safety across multiple buildings. You will coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security, while supporting the facilities manager in budgeting and planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Architecture, 2+ years in facility management, strong communication, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Management, or Architecture.
• Experience in facility management or related industry.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily site inspections and coordinate with vendors to fix issues.
• Supervise cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and safety systems to ensure uptime.
• Manage vendor quotes, PO issuance, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Oversee move-ins, event setups, and community spaces.
