TC Energy in Mexico City seeks a Manager, Facilities Operations to lead day-to-day facility and workplace services across Mexico. You will drive safe, reliable operations, manage third-party providers, budgets, and capital projects to support business continuity and employee experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in facilities management, with 3+ years of leadership. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; travel within Mexico and international as needed; hybrid work model

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years in facilities management, building ops, or workplace services.
• Three+ years leading teams and managing budgets, contracts, and projects.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, risk, and safety.
• Ability to navigate Mexican regulatory requirements for facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and overall accountability for day-to-day facilities operations and workplace services across assigned locations in Mexico.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety, access and utilities.
• Select, onboard, manage and evaluate third‑party service providers; administer contracts, SLAs, invoices and corrective actions.
• Lead annual operating and capital planning, manage budgets and forecasts, approve expenditures within delegated authority.
