Emerson is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Monterrey-area facility to lead preventive maintenance, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure reliable CNC machinery and plant systems.

Required: Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in facilities leadership, bilingual English, and strong TPM, safety, and troubleshooting expertise. The role offers growth, cross-functional collaboration, and impact across operations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years leading a facilities department.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Bilingual: Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance activities for plant facilities equipment.
• Support maintenance of utilities, HVAC, fire protection and related infrastructure.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, test, and adjust electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
• Procure spare parts and services, including contractor selection and management.
• Lead, coordinate and schedule daily maintenance team responsibilities.
• Support facility safety programs and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment for efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and safety/environmental regulations.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of critical equipment failures; lead root cause analyses.
