Redial BPO seeks a proactive facilities assistant/driver to oversee maintenance, safety, and the smooth operation of our work environment. The role includes basic repairs, vendor coordination, and ensuring workplace security while transporting clients in Mexico and the USA.

The position requires Spanish fluency, English at least at B2 level, a valid driver’s license, and a US visa. The shift runs 10:00 am–7:00 pm PST Tue–Sat with some weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–2 years facilities maintenance experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Excellent driving skills; valid driver’s license and US visa

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance and general upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs to reduce downtime and costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance via regular inspections.
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and procure as needed.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies promptly to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to optimize workspace efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for facility improvements and cost savings.
• Transport Redial clients to locations in Mexico and the USA.
