General Mills de México is seeking an External Supply Chain (ESC) Associate Sourcing Manager to execute local ESC strategies for the Mexico region. You will lead supplier relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive value creation across manufacturing and procurement processes.

The role reports to the International ESC leader and offers exposure to global markets, budgeting support, and strategic projects across the GEMs ESC network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of Sourcing / Purchasing / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Engineering experience.
• Fluency in English with the ability to work in a multi-lingual environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Mexico region by executing ESC strategies and local optimization initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance, relationship ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and ensure budget and performance targets.
• Assist in expanding partnerships and capabilities within GEMs ESC network.
