Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5-10 years of sourcing experience in high-volume manufacturing or consumer products.
• Experience in supplier development, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or equivalent are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new suppliers to support growth.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet cost and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on sourcing initiatives.
